How do I book Love Luster Beauty?

For weddings we book up to one year in advance with a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable deposit of your total balance. Your date is not secure until your contract and deposit have been received. Your remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.

Can i add or subtract services once the contract has been signed?

Once the contract has been signed we can not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate changes. We do require a MINIMUM of 3 people booking services on all weddings. That minimum number is subject to change depending on the location of your wedding.
If time allows, we may be able to add additional services on the day of the wedding. Services subtracted may not be reimbursed once the nonrefundable deposit has been paid.

what is your cancellation policy?

For all single appointments (for portraits/special events), we REQUIRE a 24 hour cancellation notice or a $25 fee will be charged per artist.

should i apply moisturizer or wash my hair before my appointment?

It is best if you arrive with clean, makeup free skin. We recommend that all clients exfoliate their face & lips that morning. It is best to start a skin care regemin several months before your special event- if you need product recommendations we'd be glad to help. We prefer that all clients wash and dry their hair the night before their appointment. If you have naturally kinky curly hair that you will want smooth we suggest blow drying your hair straight the night before.

How long does it take to have hair + makeup done?

When the hair stylist and makeup artist are working together we like to allow 45 minutes for hair + makeup for wedding attendants and for special event/portrait appointments. For brides we like to alot 1 hour for hair + makeup.
